(Visitors and Leads)
Gresys Hub Unipessoal Lda.
Portugal
Last Updated: November 30, 2025
1. Introduction
1.1 These General Platform Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to all visitors of the Conslinq website and platform operated by Gresys Hub Unipessoal Lda., a company incorporated under the laws of Portugal ("Gresys Hub", "we", "us", "our").
1.2 These Terms govern your use of the website, landing pages, information pages, and any lead, contact or interest forms you may submit, including any initial information you provide as a potential Consultant, Consultant Team member, Affiliate or Customer.
1.3 By browsing the website, accessing the platform, or submitting any form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or submit your details.
2. Nature of the Platform and Roles
2.1 Conslinq is a multi-sided B2B SaaS platform that enables:
- Consultants to create, configure and offer visa/consulting service-based products.
- Consultant Team members (added by a Consultant) to help manage those products, cases and operations.
- Affiliates (invite-only) to promote and resell certain Consultant products.
- Customers (including individuals and businesses) to purchase and manage cases/processes with Consultants via the platform.
2.2 At the visitor/lead stage, you are not yet assigned a role, but you may indicate interest in becoming a Consultant, Affiliate or Customer. You will be asked to accept role-specific terms and conditions during the later signup and onboarding flows.
2.3 Gresys Hub only provides the technology platform and marketplace infrastructure. It does not provide visa, legal, immigration, education, HR or consulting services itself.
3. Platform-Only Role and No Responsibility for Services
3.1 Gresys Hub, through Conslinq, only provides tools that allow Consultants, Consultant Teams, Affiliates and Customers to connect, exchange information, configure products, and manage processes.
3.2 Gresys Hub does not:
- Participate in, control or supervise the underlying professional services delivered by Consultants or Affiliates.
- Act as an immigration consultant, lawyer, agent, sponsor or employer.
- Guarantee any outcomes, including visa approvals, processing times, job offers, admissions or any decision by government, consular or other authorities.
3.3 All contracts, advice, services and communications between:
- Consultants and Customers,
- Consultants and Affiliates,
- Affiliates and Customers, and
- Consultant Team members and any of the above,
are independent relationships to which Gresys Hub is not a party.
3.4 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gresys Hub shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, cost, claim or dispute of any kind arising from or connected with:
- Any act, omission, advice, error, delay, misrepresentation or default of a Consultant, Consultant Team member, Affiliate or Customer.
- Any relationship, interaction, contract or transaction between those users and their clients.
- Any decision made or action taken by users relying on information, content, or services obtained via the platform, whatever the reason (including negligence, misrepresentation, service failure, regulatory changes or decisions by third-party authorities).
This core principle will also appear in and be supplemented by the Consultant, Affiliate, Consultant Team and Customer-specific terms you may accept later.
4. Eligibility and Age
4.1 You must be at least 16 years old to use the website, submit forms or express interest in becoming a user.
4.2 If you submit forms or otherwise act on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4.3 Some roles (for example, Consultant, Affiliate) may require you to be 18+ or meet other professional or regulatory conditions, which will be set out in their specific terms and onboarding requirements.
5. Lead / Contact Forms and Marketing Permissions
5.1 When you submit a contact, interest or lead form, you agree that Gresys Hub may:
- Store and process your information within the platform and supporting systems.
- Use it to assess your suitability as a potential Consultant, Consultant Team member, Affiliate or Customer.
- Contact you via email, phone, WhatsApp or other channels you provide, to share information about the platform and services.
5.2 You also agree that Gresys Hub may, where relevant, share your lead details with suitable Consultants or internal teams so they can contact you about relevant services or opportunities.
5.3 Any such processing and sharing will be carried out in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the EU GDPR, and will be further described in our Privacy Policy.

6.2 In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and any role-specific terms, the role-specific terms will prevail for matters related to that role, while these General Terms will continue to apply in all other respects.
7. User Content, Documents and Data
7.1 As a visitor or lead, you may provide content or information (e.g., messages, form details) and, in some cases, upload documents (e.g., CVs, basic identification documents or case-related files) even before a full account is created.
